In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 786x platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the 786x platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the 786x platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a form of fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number linked to your primary mobile payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may be subject to limits based on account verification level and payment method. Verified accounts receive the highest withdrawal limits and fastest processing times.

786x targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 seconds for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays.

786x reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where a withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the account's typical transaction history. This is a fraud prevention measure and is not applied arbitrarily.

Withdrawal requests involving funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be processed until the requirement has been fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw bonus-restricted funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in the relevant bonus being voided.

786x offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
